David Hockney Exhibition

or London go-as-you-please

Tuesday 28 February

Tate Britain, London

David Hockney, one of the most popular and influential British artists of the 20th century, is approaching his 80th birthday and in this exhibition there is a wide selection of his most famous works including paintings, drawings, prints and photographs.

The exhibition is a result of collaboration between Tate Britain, the Centre Pompidou of Paris and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. Some of the paintings have never been seen before in public.    We arrive at the Tate to enter the exhibition at 11.30.  There you will have plenty of time to see this special exhibition and also the permanent collection.  You can find lunch and refreshments in either the Rex Whistler Restaurant or the less formal café during the day.

On the way home we serve a glass of wine or your choice of other drinks, hot or cold, if preferred
