Hole Park Gardens - daffodils
Tuesday 28 March
A beautiful country drive takes us to Hole Park which is a jewel in the Garden of Kent.
It is a privately-owned 15 acre garden with a skilful mix of formal designs and more naturalised planting. At this time of year when all life is bursting out you can enjoy a carpet of daffodils, camellias, magnolia trees and many other Spring delights.
First we make our way to a very good pub in a picturesque village near Hole Park Garden for you to buy lunch.
We have visited Hole Park before and enjoyed the relaxed welcome from the owner Edward Barham and his wife Clare who also makes excellent cakes served in the tea room. For that reason we are including tea and cake after the guided tour of this very special garden.
