An Autumn Break                                                                      25 - 27 October 2023

Our Autumn break this year centers around a visit to Westonbirt, The National Arboretum.  Westonbirt is best known for its splendid Autumn colours but it is also regarded as one of the most beautiful and important plant collections in the world.  Our hotel, The Hare & Hounds, is just a few minutes drive from Westonbirt and is also close to the small town of Tetbury.  There should be time to stroll around the town and we will also be visiting Lacock Village (NT) which features a number of historic houses, a 14th century tithe barn and gardens that meander through parks and woodland. Lacock also houses The Fox Talbot Museum of Photography.
